1. Download the iOS 11 iPSW firmware package for your device
2. Insert your device into your computer and open iTunes
3. Back up your data before attempting to update
4. Select your device in the left menu of iTunes
5. Hold down Shift (Windows) or Alt / Option (Mac). When you do this, click the Update button.
