My iPhone is stuck sometimes when I was browsing the web. Then I wiped my phone by restoring it to the factory reset. However I forgot to backup the contacts on my device now I need to restore some phone numbers. Is it possible to recover the contacts after factory reset restoring? How?

Part 3: Restore iPhone Contacts after Factory Reset with iCloud Backup

Step 1. Run Program and Choose Recovery Mode
Choose “Recover from iCloud Backup File” in the beginning after running program on the computer. Log in your iCloud account.

Select the iCloud backup file to download which contains the contacts you need.

Note: Recovering data from iTunes/iCloud backup, you don’t need to connect your device to the computer. So you can get back your personal data when your device is lost or other cases when your device is not on hand via the iTunes/iCloud recovery mode.
